Secondly, you need to drink at least 6 – 8 glasses of water a day.  Water is essential for life.  You can stay alive longer with only water than you can with only food.  Water is needed for your joints to stay loose and limber.  Water also carry nutrients needed to keeps joints lubricated.

The third tip to help with arthritis pain relief is to lose weight.  Being over weight adds a lot of pressure on joints.  This added pressure causes the joints to wear down which causes pain and stiffness.  Losing 20 pounds can make a big difference in the way your joints feel. 

Your health is very important and you are the one who is ultimately in control.  I know we can get caught up in our daily lives but getting arthritis pain relief can be hard.  Try some of these tips and see if it doesn’t help with your arthritis pain.
